Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return on eligible items from the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Item is unused, with all accessories, box and warranty card.
- Wrong, damaged or defective item received.
Non-returnable
- Used/activated items without a defect.
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
