What is covered

• Manufacturing defects under normal use.
• Hardware faults not caused by the customer.

What is not covered

• Physical, liquid or burn damage.
• Unauthorized repair or software modification.
• Normal wear (battery ageing, scratches).

How to claim

Contact us on WhatsApp or hotline with your order ID and the issue. Keep the box and warranty card. Warranty service may take 7–21 working days depending on the brand.
